Summer Solstice Sound Bath
Sunday, 21st December | 6:30–7:30pm
Join us in honouring the light and warmth of the Summer Solstice at West End Yoga with an evening of sound, stillness and connection. As we reach the longest day of the year, gather in community to slow down, soften and tune in.
You'll be guided through some gentle breath and sound using crystal singing bowls, creating gentle waves of vibration to help ground the body, calm the mind and restore balance. You’re invited to simply rest, receive and let the sounds wash through you — an opportunity to release the year behind and welcome the new season ahead with clarity and ease.
Enjoy some complimentary homemade tea by Veena Fermavore - BYO favourite mug/cup (let's save Mother Earth!).
Bolsters and mats provided, feel free to bring any extra pillows or blankets you’d like for comfort.
Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and deeply connected — to yourself, to others and to the turning of the season.
