❓ Do I need experience or be in shape to do Qigong? 

No experience is needed! Qigong is gentle and adaptable for all fitness levels. You can move at your own pace and modify movements as needed. 

❓ What if I have trouble standing for long periods? 

No problem! Qigong is gentle, and you’re welcome to adjust movements or take short breaks as needed. Soft knees, weight shifts, and slow pacing help ensure comfort throughout the practice. 

❓ Do I need any special equipment? 

No, just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You can wear flat-soled shoes or go barefoot. Yoga mats are provided if needed. 

❓ How long is the class? 

Each session lasts 60 minutes, which includes a warm-up, 45 minutes of Qigong practice, and a short relaxation at the end. 

❓ What if I’m not flexible? 

No problem! Qigong isn’t about flexibility—it’s about relaxing into natural movements. You don’t have to push your body; just move comfortably at your own pace. 

❓ Are the classes the same each week? 

The core Qigong process remains the same for consistency, but each class introduces new forms and techniques, combining them in fresh and exciting ways to keep things engaging. 

❓ Will classes be available on different days and times?
