10am Root Chakra - clear old programs around lack of safety, activate root, note of C, element of earth and physical body, masculine, foundations, systems and security.

1045am Sacral Chakra - awaken feminine, water element, feeling and emotional body, note of D, clear linear timeline, awaken quantum and cycles of the feminine, sensual and creative.

1130am Solar Plexus - reclaim power within rather in a healthy integrated way, ignite fire element your passion an purpose and learn to channel your voice in a meaningful and impactful way that does not hurt others incorporating note E.

1215am Lunch - Yummy Gluten and grain Free  Keto Vegetarian Lunch 

12.45pm Cacao Ceremony and Opening the heart chakra - Quantum Leap Meditation accessing the Quantum Realm and activating your highest timeline in this body and this life.

115pm Heart Chakra - Quantum Leap, opening your Quantum gifts, element of Air moving from Newtonian to Quantum realities, note of F. 

145pm Throat Chakra - Clearing old programing, distortions, activate the voice your unique sound, message, mission, note of G, element of sound.
